Queue entry usually starts from the QR code displayed by the venue that day. The QR code carries the date, so an old code will not work.
Join a queue
Scan the QR code for today
If the date is missing, the page says the QR code has expired and asks you to scan today’s code.
Sign in and choose party size
Queueing requires sign-in. Phone number is optional. Notes are limited to 200 characters, such as high chair or window seat requests.
Submit and save the queue details
The success page shows the venue prefix, queue number, party size, status, and the queue rules.
Queue statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | In the queue, waiting to be called |
| Called | The venue sent a call notification; waiting for confirmation or arrival |
| Postponed | Guest stepped away; can return within the hold window |
| Seated | A table was assigned and a check-in booking was created |
| Cancelled / No-show | The queue entry is finished |
An account can have only one active queue entry at a time: waiting, postponed, or seated but not left. You can join again after cancelling, or after a seated guest has left.
Postpone, return, and cancel
- The venue holds a postponed entry for a configured time. Returning within that window re-queues the guest according to the venue’s return rule.
- Multiple postponed guests returning in order keep their original return order.
- Waiting, called, and postponed entries can edit notes from My Info.
- You can cancel the queue entry from the Queue tab in My Info.
Notifications and notes
- If WeChat is bound and the browser has not authorized the queue notification template, the form shows a subscribe button first.
- Staff can manually send a call or return reminder. With email reminders, the guest may need to confirm they are ready on the queue page.
- A confirmation request that times out cancels the queue entry. While a “called” entry is waiting for confirmation, staff cannot seat it.
